What forms of payment do you accept?

We can recieve checks in advance of shipping. (please contact us before sending)



What is your shipping policy?

All shipping and handling is completely free! All orders big or small will be shipped to you for FREE! Most orders are sent by UPS ground and some orders exceeding 500 lbs. may ship by truck carrier.



Can I select specific colors for each style?

No, the colors come already assorted in the case.



Can I get the volume discount spread amongst multiple styles?

Yes! You may order as many styles as you wish, as long as the total order quantity meets the volume discount you will recieve the lower price.



Are there any sales tax charges?

Due to the nature of our business there are NO sales tax charges.



How long does it take to process and ship out the merchandise?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days.



Once the merchandise is shipped out, how long is the transit time?

All order should be expected in 3-8 business from the ship out date.



How do I track my order?

You will recieve an email with your tracking number. You can as well login into "My Account" and view your tracking number.



Are the bags tested by third part laboratories?

Yes. All of our backpacks are tested by third party laboratories to insure that all of the following requirments are met to the highest standards.

  • CPSIA laws - to insure that all Federal and State laws which mandate the amount of lead and phthalates that are used to manufacture the prodcuts.
  • Strength Testing - To insure that all zipperes, straps, pockets, and matrials are properly sewn in and can handle a heavy load of wear and tear.
  • Childs Hazardous - to insure that there are no sharp edges or small parts that may be dangerous for young children.
