Methods of Payment:

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card credit cards, in addition to Paypal payment. For select customers we accept payment through a check.

Confirmation Email:

Once your order has been received by our systems, you will receive an email confirmation. It usually takes up to 1 hour to process.

Order Tracking:

Once an order has been processed and handed to our carrier of choice you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping Charges:

We have NO shipping charges!! All orders big or small will be shipped to you for FREE! Most orders are sent by UPS ground and some orders exceeding 500 lbs. may ship by truck carrier.

Shipping Policy:

We ship only to the continental 48 states. We do NOT ship to Alaska, and Hawaii.
We do NOT do any international shipping.
Due to the nature of the product we do NOT ship to P.O. boxes.

All orders are shipped out of our distribution center on the next business day.

Return Policy:

We guarantee full credit for all defective products. You may return defective product up to 14 days after you receive the product. No refunds will be allowed after 14 days. All products will need to be returned in original shipping carton with all items unopened. All returns will need a Return Authorization number (RA#) before they can be accepted back.
